Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak periods, sales, or special launches, order processing times may be slightly extended — we appreciate your patience!

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Our products are handcrafted with patience and care. Some items are made to order, so delivery may take a little extra time.

Products available in stock are dispatched promptly within the following delivery timelines.

  • Standard Shipping (India): 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping (India): 1-2  business days 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and courier service conditions.

Shipping Partners

We work with trusted courier partners like Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and a whatsapp text message with your tracking number.
  • You can track your order using the link provided or directly via the courier service’s website.

International Shipping

  • At this time, we currently ship only within India.
    Stay tuned — we’ll be expanding to more locations soon!

Address Changes

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
  • If you need to update your address after your order is placed, contact us immediately at hereforyou@pravahya.in.
  • We cannot guarantee changes after your order has been processed.

Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment.

  • Please note our return address is: B-29, 1st Floor, DSIIDC Industrial Complex, Kirti Nagar, New Delhi- 110015. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once your order has been marked as “delivered,” Pravahya is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the courier service directly for assistance.
