If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
- Because each Pravahya piece is handmade and part of a limited collection, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
- However, if your order arrives damaged, we’ve got you: Please record a clear unboxing video while opening the package and share it with us within 72 hours of delivery. This helps us understand what went wrong and resolve it quickly for you.
- Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or offer a suitable resolution.
- Please note that the returns will be sent to B-29, DSIIDC Industrial Complex, Kirti Nagar, New Delhi- 110015.
How to Initiate a Return
- Please email us at hereforyou@pravahya.in with your order number, reason for return, and photos if necessary.
- Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions within 2-3 business days.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your bank account within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at hereforyou@pravahya.in with photos of the item and packaging.
- We will replace the item or offer a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
- All kinds of replacements will be delivered within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer exchanges.
