When will my order be shipped?

We usually ship within 3–5 working days. Each piece is handmade with care, so occasionally it takes a little longer — but it's always worth the wait.

How long will delivery take?

Once shipped, your order should reach you within 4–7 days, depending on your location.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We only accept returns or exchanges if something arrives damaged or defective. Since our pieces are handmade and part of a limited collection, we're unable to offer general returns. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.

What if my product arrives damaged?

That's on us. Please reach out within 72 hours with photos or a video, and we'll make it right. Refer to our Return Policy for next steps.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it's been shipped. Once it's on its way, we won't be able to stop it.

Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?

We don't currently offer COD.

Are your products handmade?

Yes. Every piece is crafted by hand — slowly, carefully, and with intention.

Will my product look exactly like the pictures?

Each piece is handmade, so slight variations in colour, texture, or form are natural — and what makes your piece uniquely yours.

Behind every piece is an artisan who has spent years mastering their craft. We work closely with them to turn ideas into something you can live with.

What materials do you use?

We work with yarns, textiles, beads, and mixed materials depending on the piece. You’ll find the specifics on each product page.

How do I care for my product?

Gently. Avoid moisture and direct sunlight. A soft dusting or light spot clean is all it needs.

What do you mean by “limited pieces”?

We don't mass produce. Each design is made in small batches — so once it's gone, it's gone.

Will sold-out products come back?

Sometimes, but not always in the same form. We prefer to evolve our designs rather than repeat them.

Why limited collections?

Because good things take time. Limited runs let us focus on quality, detail, and the people making them — not just the numbers.
